James Thrall M.D.
Chairman of the Board
Dr. James Thrall is the Chairman of the Board of Directors at Mobile Aspects. He is the Chairman Emeritus of Radiology at Massachusetts General Hospital, Distinguished Professor of Radiology at Harvard Medical School, and the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Worldcare, Ltd. He is currently on the Editorial Board of Radiology and a member of the Society of Nuclear Medicine, the American College of Radiology, the Radiological Association of North America, and the Roentgen Ray Society, among others. Dr. Thrall received his Bachelor’s degree in mathematics at the University of Michigan and his Medical degree at the University of Michigan Medical School.
Suneil Mandava
President and Chief Executive Officer
Suneil Mandava is the Founder and CEO of Mobile Aspects, Inc. Initially exposed to the potential for improving inefficient and time-consuming processes within healthcare, Mr. Mandava sought to address these issues through radio frequency identification (RFID) technology by founding Mobile Aspects in 2000. Since that time, Mr. Mandava has overseen the rapid growth of the organization, providing overall strategic direction for business and product development while also managing day-to-day operations of the company. During this time, Mr. Mandava has guided Mobile Aspects to become an innovative leader in the application of RFID technology and advanced software solutions to create operational and revenue cycle improvement for healthcare providers. Now Mobile Aspects solutions enhance patient safety, regulatory compliance and provide valuable clinical operations data and analytics to hospitals nationwide from its headquarters in Pittsburgh, PA.
Through his technical expertise in RFID, healthcare IT and an understanding of the unique operational and financial processes of healthcare, Mr. Mandava has positioned himself as a thought leader in operational efficiency and patient safety. Originally from Pittsburgh, Mr. Mandava is a frequent speaker and contributor to conferences focused on RFID and healthcare technologies. He also is on the Healthcare Action Group and sits on the Hospital Subcommittee of the EPC Global Standards Board. Prior to founding Mobile Aspects, Mr. Mandava worked for Accenture in the company’s High Tech practice. Mr. Mandava also has performed research at the National Institutes of Health in the National Heart, Lung and Blood Institute and the National Cancer Institute. Mr. Mandava is a graduate of the Johns Hopkins University, with a degree in Biomedical Engineering.
P.R. Mandava
Vice Chairman
P.R. Mandava is a retired Vice President of Engineering and Nuclear Automation for Westinghouse Electric Corporation, where he managed operations based in both the United States and Europe. He has extensive experience in engineering management and project management of large industrial and power projects. He holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Henry Wilde
Board Member
Henry Wilde worked in the technology sector with sales and sales management positions at Control Data, Wang Laboratories, Digital Equipment, SUN Microsystems, and NeXT Computer. He spent the last 21 years at Four Rivers Software Systems of Pittsburgh as the Chairman & CEO where his team successfully grew Four Rivers Software into the widely recognized industry leader in the asset management software market with over 1/3 of the hospital marketplace. Four Rivers Software was acquired in 2014. In addition to working with growing companies, Henry now spends his time conducting volunteer work and tutoring math students.
