July 15 2024 — Mobile Aspects, a Pittsburgh-based health care logistics platform provider, will be launching and implementing its new Hub Console platform – software that will enable customers to more easily access Mobile Aspects’ solutions while saving time, money and IT resources – by July 2025. To ensure the highest level of security for customers, the solution will be hosted on the latest Microsoft development platform.
A major time and cost benefit for health systems, Hub Console will enable hospitals to utilize some of Mobile Aspects most important tracking and documentation features anywhere in the hospital without installing additional software. This will make it less expensive for hospitals to deploy, maintain and upgrade their hardware over time. The software will run on hospitals current computers enabling them to utilize their investments for more value.
“This launch is exciting because our customers will be able to use their current IT infrastructure to utilize our solutions, rather than buying additional hardware from us or other vendors,” said Suneil Mandava, Mobile Aspects’ founder and CEO. “Since we roll out features often, this Hub Console platform will ensure our hospital customers always have our latest feature releases across their health systems.”
Because of the large scale of this software implementation, Mobile Aspects is rolling it out in stages. First, it’s rolling out administrative and in-room functionality for the Server Console by deploying software to the server. Hospitals will be able to run feature rich RFID and tracking solutions through a browser. Soon, the software that runs on Mobile Aspects’ iRISupply, iRISecure and iRIScope Cabinets will also be in the health system server, and ultimately, in the cloud.
